Hi Richard,
I was mildly horrified to see my message addressed to David leave here in
its incomplete state. But, partly for bandwidth reasons and partly because
of other commitments, I didn't try to correct it. That was probably a
mistake on my part. The part I left out was a statement that I too would
prefer that complaints about the product were sent to Wholly Genes and not
to the list.
