I still prefer to create separate citations for individual emails and for web sites. Even
if the information presented has no citation itself, I like to be able to quickly find what
my own source of information was and to be able to refer others to it, if there is a
question.
I only create one citation for a web site (e.g., an individual database on RootsWeb
WorldConnect) and then put the URL for a particular web page at that cite in the citation
details box.
