Terry- I would propose that the DAR does have access to "experts". I,
personally, don't claim expertise in anything. I am too damn old to be expert
at anything except survival at this stage. However, If I could have found
anyone at the library who seemed to be interested in correcting files I could
have been of considerable help in bringing their information up to date at
least for the families in which I have an interest. I suspect there are
others like me who have studied military records somewhat that might be
willing to help out on a limited basis -Dale
