Sorry, but I'm not about to post my sources on the Internet. I do have a big notice saying
the data is fully sourced, though not with uniformly high quality sources, which I'd be
happy to share if they contact me. I'm not about to give away anything other than bare BMD
information to anyone who is too lazy to send me an e-mail.
