Use Any Event Tag Year instead of Any Event Tag Date

If "Any of These" (OR) is checked, it would include everyone with any Event
Tag that had a date, but persons with no dated tags would be excluded.
If "All of These" (AND) is checked, as Myrnice suggested, only persons who
have dates on both sides of 1901 (or in 1901) would be included.
(See Chapter 11 of the forthcoming book, _Getting the Most Out of the
Master Genealogist_.)
