Mary, how big is your data set? My 10,000 person data set backups to
one floppy. I have no internal exhibits.
I backup to a folder in MyDocuments called Backups whenever I do a
significant amount of adding and revising to my data set. Then every
week or two I copy my latest backup to a floppy.
The TMG backup and Windows copy routine will ask you for a second floppy
when you fill up the first one. You do have to mark each floppy so you
know which is which when you restore.
Once you have set the path in the File Backup, (in Ver 4) TMG remembers
it and you don't have to enter each time unless you want to change it.
