I enter OS dates by having a two line conversion chart with Gregorian
month letters on the top and Julian date numbers on the bottom.
So with 10:11m: 1667 I enter 10jan1667/8 or 23: 6m: 1721 as 23aug1721.
I have seen many dates in VRs and books where the conversion has been
done incorrectly. Once a man was killed two years before his last child
was born because the date was converted incorrectly twice.
