I've been getting a lot of them too. As you know, the Klez virus fakes
the "from" address, which is why you are getting the bounced messages.
But if you read through all the routing information (use headers set to
full or view message source if necessary to see it) you can usually find
a line that appears to have the real sender -- so far as I know those
are genuine. I've written privately to a couple of people who appear to
have sent me viruses several times each and not received any response
from them, so I can't be sure.
