Jim,
No - the pop-up windows are Cue Cards and its an option under program
general in the preferences. I believe new users to TMG will see Cue Cards
pop on their screen/window when they enter certain screens/window "as a
guide to the screen you have just entered". You then have to close the
screen/window and sometimes close another screen that is asking you if you
want to see the same cue card the next time. Hope that explains it. Barb
