I used to, but with the new name function in 5.03, I have taken to recording
it EXACTLY as the document states.

Wouldn't this be the way to do it so others would be able to follow the "trail" that you found? In tracking my family, I have found at least six different spellings of Chilcote, but since they all connect, I have left the spellings as I found them. Since I'm still new at this genealogy recording, if I'm doing it wrong, it would be easier to correct it now than later.
