Hi Stuart,
I can answer that <g>. Because V. 5 has this great new feature that we can
use the name from any existing name tag for any event (for Principals or
Witnesses).

Example:
Let's say John James' name on his birth certificate is spelled John James
DOE (that is also his primary name), on his christening record it's spelled
John James DO and on a census it's John J. DOW. You have one name tag for
each variation, but exclude the sentences.

Now you could print the following sentences for the different event tags:

Birth:
John James DOE was born ...
Christening:
John James DO was christened ...
Census (as a Witness):
On the census John J. DOW was enumerated ...

each according to the name used in the source document for the event.

Hope this is as clear as mud? <g>

Astrid
