I am aware of this glitch.

Take an exact note (case is important) of the whole path to the image in
the EL.
Try deleting the image in the Exhibit Log.
Then Load it again by Browsing and selecting it in the EL.
Now try to view it. This can fix the problem.
Now note the exact path - I think that something is foxing the path.
It displays as Upper/Lower case but in actual practice it not quite like
that and under the hood a later request to get it is case sensitive - hence
the occasional blank image.

If you see a pattern please report it to Tech Support.
