Hello Mary Jo,
I too have a folder with 127 subfolders in several levels. As long as
we leave our exhibits in the same path, the system will work just
fine. If you think that you might move the exhibit files, then it is
best to have them in one folder.

I do not know of any benefit to that folder or location. For some OS
it might be better to have the folder in "My Documents".

I am not sure what you mean. If you are refering to TMG backups and
including exhibits, one or more paths should make no difference. Or,
are you talking about keeping your image files in a folder for your
own use like "\My Pictures" and another for TMG exhibits? If the
later, it would take a little more time but not much. As each exhibit
is loaded from "\My Pictures" it can be saved in the "pics" folder or
another folder.

A step-by-step to follow when doing what?

Yeah, me too. Aren't we all?

Let me know what I have failed to answer.
