Subject: [TMG] Source type - report card

I wrote to my father's grade school. They sent me a report card showing the
year he entered, and a couple of grades. They also sent a letter stating his
last year was eighth grade.

What should I use for a source type for this? I don't mind custom either,
just not sure how I want to set it up.
