For last couple of days creating a descendant narrative report under Win
98 I have been hit with and error such as this:

FOXPROW caused a general protection fault
in module <unknown> at 0000:000b980a.

Which crashes put TMG. Netscape 7 is also running at the same time.
Then I got toolbar errors after running external fix.

Support said
Close TMG
open your TMGW folder from MY COMPUTER
open TOOLBAR folder
delete the 3 toolbar.* files
When you restart TMG the files will be rebuilt.

Which did not help until I tried it about 5 times but then restoring the
.cfg file crashed it again. Was finally able to get it up but why is it
crashing?

Also if you run external fix and then tell it to run on another data set
and chose the same one without exiting it will crash with insufficient
memory.
