Sorry about the delayed response. I've been out of town.

What version of TMG are you using, and what version of TMG Utility?

The "dangling citations" may not really be dangling. They may be attached to a
record for which my utility does not know how to display a context. It shows
context for Events, Names, and Relationships, but citations can also be attached
to other Sources. There may be other reasons why no context is displayed. Let me
know what versions you are using and we'll go from there...
