Hi Gilbert,
Welcome to TMG. It sure seems to be an awesome program!
I agree with another recommendation I saw in response to your posting
that you purchase the beginner and intermediate videos that are available.
They help SO MUCH!
I am another Generations refugee who is now adapting to TMG5. I used
the genbridge feature from Gen8 to TMG5 and the only problems I have been
able to identify so far are with my sources. If you choose to genbridge
your data over before the next update to TMG5 which I think is supposed to
fix this issue is released, I'd be interested to hear how your data transfer
goes.
Until all the report features of TMG5 are available, I'm still using
Gen8 as my working program. It does mean double entry into both programs
for me, but if I need reports I can fall back on Gen8.
As I said in the beginning of this message, welcome to the land of TMG.
It's pretty neat. And this list will answer just about any question you can
think up! :-)
