Try File > Maintenance > Repair for one. If that does not work close TMG and
go to the TMG folder and run Repair.exe (note you will lose your custom
setting with the second process, if you wish to keep them back them up at
Tools > Options > General > Backup before you run the repair process).

You should also have a backup copy of your project before you do any repair
process. (File > Backup)
