I saw a number of replies, but no real answer to your question. I believe
most users create/have a special generic Source for this. In my case, I
have a Source named "Funeral Notice/Card/Announcmt" based on the
"Manuscripot (Unfilmed) Source Category with a Full Footnote like:
<[SUBJECT], >[RECORD TYPE]<, [DATE]><, [FILE
NUMBER]>, [REPOSITORY], [REPOSITORY
ADDRESS]<, [CD]>.

In the Record Type Source Element, I enter a short description of the
document (i.e., Funeral Notice, Memorial Card, etc.).
