Hi Diane,
Glad to know you got home safely after that long drive <g>.
I am using exactly the same version of IE6 as you.
The problem was not with downloading as such but with my Windows adding a
ZIP extension to TMG produced CSC & SQZ files in the course of the download.
In the File Download box where you get the "Open", "Save", "Cancel" and
"More Info" options, if you click the "Save" button you get a "Save As" box
which allows you to specify the file name and the location on your computer
where you want to save it. At the bottom of that box is a field called "Save
as type" which gives you 2 options, "WinZip File" or "All Files".
Whichever one of those options I tried, Windows was automatically adding a
ZIP extension to the file (so that it became UKTMG4.CSC.ZIP for example).
Adding the TMG file extensions CSC, SQZ & CFG to the list of File Types in
Windows, as suggested by Lee, has now solved the problem.
