Of course, an easier way to add the custom source elements State and
County would be to simply go to the Tools menu, select Source Elements,
and add them that way. I personally think I would choose to add any
custom source elements first, then create the new source. That way I'd
have a check on myself--if I got any messages that the new source type
contained unrecognized elements, I'd know I'd left something out or had
a typo or something.
