Amen to what Terry says here. I used the Ance_int flag in v.4, and then
switched to Ancestor of in v.5 as the accent condition. Slooow. Changed it
back to the flag, and it made a _dramatic_ improvement. Now I can even use
the expanded picklist without too much of a delay. If the program has to
check 52,000 names through their descendants............
