You should always cite exactly what you saw (original sources or LDS film
sources). But, you should never directly reference an LDS film number even
though it is what you saw. This is one exception to the rule and is the
method recommended by Elizabeth Shown Mills in "EVIDENCE!". Specifically
she says:
"Cite [un]published source fully, according to type, then add:
micro [film/fiche] no. [000,000], frame [000], Family History
Library [FHL], Salt Lake City, Utah".

As Jonas suggests, this information can easily be added to any Source
Templates using the Output Forms tab of the Source Definition screen. (See
Mills "EVIDENCE!", page 83 for other details).
