In v4.0d, you open the primary Name tag by clicking on Subject. I assume this
is what you mean, since you need to open the tag to access the Memo. In
v5.04, double click on Name to open the Name Tag, and voila! there is the
Memo. (The change is in renaming Subject to Name.) Don't forget that
incidental information can always be entered in other tags such as Note or
Anecdote. And there is the dataset Memo which can be accessed through File>
Data set Manager in v5.04, and is accessed in v4.0d through File>Memo or by
pressing F7.
