Eric,

You do not say which version you are using. Please give the build number
from the Help > About from within VCF. There was a problem like this in
earlier (TMG4.0 related versions). To my knowledge this problem does not
occur in TMG5.0 versions. If you are getting problem with TMG5 related
charts then the developers may need your data set to assist them in finding
the cause.
