Hi Paul (and all)

I, too, see the same behaviour (Logitech Wheel Mouse), the difference is,
that I don't consider it a problem - in fact, quite the contrary! It
certainly helps to quickly 'scroll' down a long list.
If I want to go 'slowly', I use the PageUp/PageDown keys.
