Hi Judy,

Please identify which version of VCF you are using (it is best if you can
give the build number from the VCF Help > About screen).

Try opening the sample data set and creating a similar chart to the one
that you require. If it works (I would expect to do so), then your problem
is associated with your data set.

Return to your data set and try to create a _smaller_ chart of the same
type that gave the error. Try it using different persons as the focus
person. Some of these should work. By elimination find out the chart that
fails when a particular person is included. Go look at that person's data
(data types that you are displaying and their links to other persons). Once
you identify the nature of the data problem, then submit your explanation
