Beth,
I have confirmed that there is a problem in Birth Ordering on charts where
there are incomplete birth dates for some children. It is not exactly as
you described. It is also dependent on the order in which the children
were originally entered.
I have now posted an example using the Sample data set to the developers
for their examination.
