No the tag name is Draft card. I just broke it into three sentences. The
roles are FIRST REGISTRATION, SECOND REGISTRATION and THIRD REGISTRATION.
FIRST REGISTRATION:MEN
BORN BETWEEN 05 Jun 1886 and 05 Jun 1896 just tells who to attach to each
role.
