As a P.S. - after you’ve all had dinner in Southsea with Caroline hope you
will come and have lunch with me next day. I live within staggering
distance of the Family Record Office, London Metropolitan Archives and the
Society of Genealogists. And if you come in late June/early July you can
pay to see my garden which is open on 22nd June this year for charity.
Genealogy shortly on the back burner due to garden being a total wreck. No
spring flowers worth talking about but frogs getting sexy in my wretched
pond already - and it has to be emptied soon.

Mild, grey and dismal in London today – 2 ins. of snow a few weeks ago with
people stuck on motorways for 16 hours but what else can you expect in GB, I
hear you say.

Voraciously read TMG messages, print some out, file for future reference and
then have to go down two flights of stairs for a cigarette to recover.
Banned by daughter from smoking in “office” - and she doesn’t even live at
home any more. No time for data entry even if I knew where to put it.
(preposition?)

Best regards to all snowbound genealogists and/or sunbathers.

Carol Lee
