Ah, yes! Think of the use of accents for the various races, events
linking the various characters, sources and citations (to the chapter
level I'd think, given the various editions) including all 12 volumes of
Christopher Tolkien's edition of the unpublished manuscripts and drafts.
Conflicting evidence, with latest editions having highest sureties and
primary markers? A lot of work there.
