Hello Doreen,

I have been looking at your suggested method of providing reference
numbers for documentation and came up with the same question regarding
the numbers to use when two principals are involved. Based on your reply
to the list last Saturday, I now understand.

You mentioned in the description on Theresa's site that you had a list
of the document types, the second of the three groups. Would it be
possible to ask for a copy please?
