Louise,
First, reboot your system.
Then check your printer list and see if the 'Wholly Genes PDF Writer' is
installed in the printer list.
If not, start TMG and open your project.
Select Printer Setup on the File menu.
Click the [Install PDF printer] button.
Click Yes to do so.
See if the other issues have been resolved.
Print a report to a PDF file to test that.
If you still have issues, please contact Support and let them work through
them with you.
A last question. On which screen did you click the Help button and get an
error? I need to know that to check it out and get it fixed.
