Jackie,

Upon a closer read of your post, I realized that wasn't your problem
<sheepish grin>. When I glanced at your message, the only line that
stuck out for me (primarily b/c my 3-yr-old was banging away on his
drums) was the last one querying where you could get the printer driver
from. Since someone had just posted that same question the day before,
I sent out the Help topic verbatim in case anyone else needed it.
Unfortunately, it wasn't pertinent to you! Sorry . . . I shall try to
read more carefully in the future <g>.
