Cyndie,

One (actually two) more question.

Could you browse to the folder where TMG is installed, look in the RRW
folder and see if the file pdfinstall.exe is present?

Did Support ask you to determine if this file was present?

I can only see two possibilities. 1) The file is not present. or 2) The
internal path in the program to locate this file is messed up.
