Jim,

Yes, pdfinstall.exe is present in the rrw folder and is 118,784 bytes long.
When I spoke with tech support in 5.05, they did not ask me to check if this
file was present.

Also, to answer your earlier questions:
- Checking under Printers and Faxes, the Wholly Genes printer driver is not
installed, but the Family Tree Maker printer is. Is there another place to
check?
- Yes, I can run from a DOS prompt (with possibly a little help - it's been
a long time since I've done that). If you send the instructions for the
test, I'll try it.
