I don't think that's the issue. But it's easy to test for those having the
problem. Delete the 'Family Tree Maker Printer' and test PDF output from
TMG.

To reinstall the FTM PDF printer... The next time that you want to use
export to PDF from FTM, the 'Family Tree Maker Printer' will be
automatically and transparently reinstalled by FTM. (I tested this with FTM
10 to make sure).
