It worked!!!!!!!! I deleted the FTM PDF printer, then had to reboot for it
to really take effect, then installed the Wholly Genes PDF printer, and it
did it without a problem! I then tried running various reports (pdf) and,
after many times of error messages of all sorts on various reports, TMG
automatically closing on me, TMG hanging, etc., it now works fine. I figure
TMG was so shocked that I finally got the PDF working that it didn't know
what to do for awhile. <g> But I was persistent, and they seem to be running
fine now. I then ran FTM pdf writer, and, as Jim said, it automatically
reinstalled without problem. I now show both FTM's and Wholly Genes' PDF
writers installed under Printers and Faxes. And at long last, I can do my
reports in PDF format!

Thank you very much Jim, Virginia, and Elizabeth for all your help and
suggestions!
