After I read your message I deleted the FTM PRINTER. It did not say anything
about being a PDF printer so I never thought about it. Then I rebooted.
Eureka! The next time I tried to install the PDF printer it installed
successfully. Thank you. And also thank you to those people who helped you
figure it out.
