Evelyn,
I don't see any answer to you post, so I'll try. I haven't tested
this, but I think you can do what you want as follows. You cannot
"clone" an empty Project with your Repository list, tag types, etc.
But you can do so with a new dataset within your current project.
Then, you could copy that project, and in the copy you could delete
all but the empty "clone" dataset.
Once that is done you could make copies of that project, and import
into those copies, then merge the imported dataset into the empty
clone dataset in each one. If you have already made the imports and
don't want to do them again, you could merge the projects with the
copies into copies of the empty clone project, then merge the
imported dataset in each one into the empty dataset.
Be sure you have backups of any valuable data before you start just
in case there is a snag.
