OK, I've been trying out all the good advice this week - between bouts of flu, so here are my "new
questions".

1.Is there a way to 'batch' update 'married names'. Except for myself and a few others, every
married female in the DB needs a married name. I thought it easier to batch it and change back a few than
to wait until I had "visited" every female and had the prompt for creating a married name crop up. And,
no, I didn't take that option upon import. And, I don't want to re-import because I've done so much
clean-up already.

2.In an "event" list, upon edit, there are "drop-downs" next to each field. At first I thought that
they would be populated with all previous entries in that field, for example, under County: "Cumberland
Co.", "Henrico Co.". It has come to me that that "drop down" is for selecting the "field name aliases",
e.g., "county", "parish". Guess that was the discussion last week, so I can go back and work on that
later. But NOW, is there a way to "pick list" the locations, and other pertinent information? Seems to
me that consistency would be enhanced. I recall in FTM that there was an auto-complete that did part of
that for you.

Enough for now.
