I think that the easy way to 'batch' update 'married names' is with
John Cardinal's Utility5.

When you are in a Place field, press [F2], accept the popup and you
will get a 'picklist' of places. Double click on a entry and the
fields will be populated. Which fields are populated will depend on
your starting point. If you are in the County field when you press
[F2], you will get county and the fields that follow. If you are in
the City field when you press [F2], you will get city and the fields
that follow.
