A job like printing the Users Guide really shows up the difference between
an ink jet and a laser in costs.

I'm not going to print the whole Guide, but I might print out some pages as
a need them, but what I DID print out was the table of contents, so I can
easily refer to any page that I want to look at.

As a matter of fact, I print the TOC using the 4-up layout, so it went onto
2 pages. Yeah, the print is small, but I can read it all right.
