You can "turn off" the use of ibids in TMG for a report or for any one
Source.by selecting to disable ibid. This means that when you have two
adjacent citations that are the same, the second will use the Short
Footnote form instead of ibid.

As Bob Gillis mentioned, there is the possibility of selecting to use the
"Unique" option found under Endnotes in the Sources tab of the Report
Definition screen (options tab).

Yes, very likely. The alternative is as Bob Gillis mentiones (a) a Source
for each piece of data, (b) a single "generic" Source that include the
different data (subject name, volume, page number, etc.) in the Citation
Detail of the Source Citation screen. This last may still have a number of
ibids, or (c) select the Unique option an noted above.
