Subject: [TMG] TMG Trouble Reports

When a user has a problem, they can have TMG generate a Trouble Report by
selecting Help=>Technical Support and clicking on the [Trouble Report]
button. This report can then be sent to Technical Support in whatever way
the user wishes to request help for their problem. In some cases, the user
will post the entire Trouble Report to TMG-L with the idea that someone
here may be able to help. This is not a bad idea and maybe should be done
first before sending the problem to Tech Support.

However, it is requested that you edit out certain information in the
Trouble Report. For example the Trouble Report will include some
information that should not be posted here. That may include your address
and phone number as well as the serial number/password to unlock your copy
of TMG. This list is user owned and operated and is not controlled by
Wholly Genes although the staff of Wholly Genes often monitors the list.
