Now, Cheri, Remember back to when you child was one month old. Now add
in 6 more. Now a strange man comes to the door wanting to know how old
they all were in April. It is now July. Why just today I told the lady
at Pizza Hut that mine were 5, 10 and 11. After the ugly looks I got, I
let them tell her they were 5, 11 and 12. (Who knew? LOL) Now I have
one family where there should have been a 3 month old, but none is
listed. Explain that. (And yes he lived, he was my grandfather.)

And I have found one month old babies who shouldn't be there. I did run
across a new state last night . . . I found several people who had been
born
in East Virginia!

The enumeration (or as of) date for the various US Censuses can be found
in
the US Census Timelines. Note that all Cesus information is _supposed_
to
be corect for the enumeration date rather than the date the enumerator
actually gathered the data. The operative word here is _supposed_ as
there
are instances where it is know that the enumeration was days (even
weeks)
different and the information was based on the actual date rather than
the
supposed enumeration date.
