Subject: [TMG] New E-mail Addresses

Many members of the list are writing that they have new addresses and are
asking that the old address be un-subscribed. While this is not hard for
the List Administrator, each user can un-subscribe themself. Just send the
e-mail message to:
<> (Regular List Members)
or <> (Digest Members)

with _only_ the word "unsubscribe" (no quotes) in the body of the message
(be sure to turn off any signature). So if you send a message from
<> then <> will be un-subscribed.


If the address that is being un-subscribed can no longer be user, then add
it after the word "unsubscribe". Thus the body of the message may be:
unsubscribe
This would unsubscribe the user whose e-mail address is
<> regardless of the e-mail address from which the
message is sent..

If you receive a message saying that you are not subscribed and therefore
cannot be un-subscribed, check that you sent the request to the right
request address (L or D) depending on how you receive the list.

As always, when you cannot achieve what you want, send a message to:
<>.
Please do not send messages about the list to me at my personal address as
that may not get answered as quickly.
