This is very interesting......... I am having a similar problem with the
Repository tasks and the link to Sources. I am finding identical tasks
listed three times always with the 3 different sources. In each instance of
this happening it is always the same three sources. One of these is the
correct source.

I have just recently performed the upgrade to 5.08 and have done virtually
no addition of data since the upgrade. I fairly confident it is not "user
error". I have never performed any of the maintenance you have referred to.
I have a very small database.

Does anyone think this could be an upgrade issue?
