These templates are also in the new book that Lee edited if you have that on

It should be there. On Lee's website (http://www.tmgtips.com/), he has the
source categories set out. Click on the 'TMG Proprietary' link, then the
'Mills Category Templates'. If you don't have it, you can recreate it.
