Hi List

Having now imported all my data I am now tidying up. I am trying to sort out my census details in a way that keeps it fairly simple and avoids duplication. I understand how the sentence structure works but am still finding it difficult to be consistent. Can anyone help with this? I am entering British census.

Also is there a way of showing the sentence detail in the Person Details tag box?

I also like to put some colour in my reports when printing to make things clearer. Can I change the colour of the headings and memos in TMG or must this be done in Word afterwards?
